with the subject line Members Interests
quoting your:
Name, Membership Number, Email address,
and sending your interests of Names, Locations and Dates
Alternatively, you can download submission forms in various formats from the
Downloads Page. The completed forms can be posted to the Society address above or the Excel or Word forms can be emailed to: membersinterests[at]odfhs.org.uk
